QuickEasyTax
Limited Company Directors

Built for Ltd company directors who do their own tax

You're a sole director. You pay yourself a salary and dividends. You file VAT quarterly and corporation tax annually. You don't need inventory management, payroll for 50 people, or a subscription that costs more than your accountant.

What limited company directors actually need

The one thing Xero won't do.
We will.

Xero and QuickBooks calculate your P&L. They don't submit your CT600. You still have to pay an accountant £500–800 just to file a simple corporation tax return.

QuickEasyTax handles the complete CT600 filing — computation, iXBRL accounts, IRmark signature, and GovTalk submission — all from within the app.

How CT600 filing works →

Questions from Ltd company directors

Does QuickEasyTax file my CT600 corporation tax return?
Yes. We compute your corporation tax from your P&L, generate FRS 105 micro-entity accounts in iXBRL format, and submit the CT600 directly to HMRC's GovTalk XML gateway. This is our main differentiator — Xero and QuickBooks don't do this.
Is there a salary and dividend planner?
Yes. The planner shows you the optimal salary/dividend split for the current tax year, showing your effective tax rate, NIC savings, and take-home pay. It uses current HMRC rates and thresholds.
What about IR35 and PSCs?
QuickEasyTax is designed for genuine micro-entity limited companies with simple trading activities. If you're operating inside IR35 or have complex employment arrangements, you should consult a specialist accountant.
Can I connect my business bank account?
Yes. We connect directly to your business bank via Open Banking (TrueLayer, FCA-authorised). Transactions are imported automatically, categorised using AI, and matched against your chart of accounts. Major UK business banks supported.
What size of company is this designed for?
Micro-entities under FRS 105: turnover up to £632,000, balance sheet up to £316,000, no more than 10 employees. If you exceed these thresholds, you'll need full FRS 102 accounts — which requires a different tool.
How does HMRC OAuth work?
You authorise QuickEasyTax to act on your behalf via HMRC's OAuth 2.0 system. We never see or store your Government Gateway password. The OAuth token is encrypted using AES-256 before storage and refreshed automatically.
